Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently asked, this list of questions might help you to understand what we do and how we do it.

Why do I need a website?

Every business should have a website regardless of it's size. A website is the best way that a business or group can be available to customers around the clock, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Put simply your business is never closed…because if your competitors have one you need one..and if they don't then quite possibly it's even more important that you do!

How can I pay?

Think2 Design is keen to make sure that payments are as easy to make as possible for our clients. We accept card payments, cheques, direct bank deposit, money orders. If you wish to pay in any way that we haven't outlined then simply ask! You may be very surprised at what we say yes to!

When do I make payment?

We ask that a deposit is made before any work commencing and then final payment is made once the client is nothing less than 100% satisfied with the work. If a payment plan has been organised, then payment is to be made upon the agreed dates.

Why do I need to have a total co-ordinated look, from business cards, website, shop signage etc?

That forms an essential part of your branding strategy. The main aim is to get the public familiar with your logo, colours and as much to do with your business as possible. Uniformity simply makes good sense.

I'd like to know more but haven't got the time during working hours to talk it over, is there any other time I can see you?

Certainly, please visit our Contact page to arrange an appointment for after hours. Our first visit is free with no obligations. Further consultation can be arranged.

Can you help me with choosing colours for my business that are appropriate?

Yes. Choosing the correct colours are vital in the way that a business is perceived and how memorable it is for the client. We can do a full colour consultation with the client to make sure that you settle on a scheme that is simply perfect for you from our range of colour swatches.
